Andrew Solomon |
Andrew Solomon got his first taste of political activism in the short-lived Wes Clark primary campaign, organizing volunteer cell phone banks in New York and doing his darndest to hold up a 10-foot Clark sign at a highway off-ramp in frigid Manchester, New Hampshire. It didn’t work. After thawing out in the spring of 2004, he became a Co-Director of ACT New York. Only then did he realize how large Pennsylvania and Ohio are. As a founding Director of ACT NOW, he’s already enjoyed several seasons of cold pizzas and close elections. To pay the bills, Andrew works at an investment and technology company in Midtown. |
